Liquid carbohydrate gel with +40 grams of carbohydrates and an unprecedented effect. An ULTRA LIQUID GEL provides an optimal supplement of simple and complex carbohydrates. Ideal for use during training or competition. These liquid gels also contain sodium and potassium to optimize hydration.

Caffeine
Caffeine is a stimulant. Caffeine enters the bloodstream quickly. Half of it is already in your bloodstream 3 to 4 minutes after eating or drinking. You will experience the effects between ½ hour and 2½ hours after drinking coffee. Amounts of caffeine comparable to 1 to 2 cups of coffee (160 mg) have a stimulating effect on concentration and performance in adults: it gives a feeling of increased energy and dispels a feeling of fatigue. Caffeine also slightly improves memory, alertness, and motivation. Larger amounts do not have an additional effect. For athletes, caffeine can help with longer periods of exertion.
Drinks with caffeine simply provide fluid to the body. It is often thought that drinks with caffeine have a diuretic effect. This is not the case. The body does not lose more fluid by drinking coffee, for example. Caffeine only ensures that fluid leaves the body faster because it stimulates the kidneys.
1:0.8 Glucose/ Fructose
The 1:0.8 glucose/fructose ratio provides increased carbohydrate uptake of up to 120 grams per hour (normal 60 grams).
