Refund Policy

At Racing Cycles Cyprus, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with a product, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following terms.

1. Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The same conditions for returns apply.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Swimwear (wetsuits, tri suits) that have been used or tried on

  • Custom-made bikes or components

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions above:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item

  • You will not be responsible for the return shipping cost in this case

6. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return or exchange.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to our store at your own cost.

  4. Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
